|
EXFO injection contains ceftiofur as the active ingredient, which is one of the third generation-cephalosporins. It has a broad spectrum bactericidal activity against the both of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria through the mechanism of hindering bacterial cell wall synthesis. EXFO injection shows rapid efficacies against the respiratory diseases and foot-rot in cattle and pleuropneumonia and Pasteurellosis in swine. Moreover, the withdrawal period is 2 days in cattle for meat, and no withdrawal period is required in swine and even milking cow.

Cattle : For curative treatment of bovine respiratory disease(bacterial pneumonia, shipping fever) associated with Mannhemia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Haemophilus somnus
Swine : For curative treatment of respiratory disease (bacterial pneumonia) associated with Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, Salmonella choleraesuis, Streptococcus suis type 2

Dosage and Use |

Cattle : Administer intramuscularly, 1mL of the product per 50kg of body weight, once a day for 3 days.
Swine : Administer intramuscularly, 0.6~1mL of the product per 10kg of body weight, once a day for 3 days.

Precaution(s) and others |
|
|
|
1.Withdrawal period : Cattle, Swine - 4 days, Milk - 12 hours. 2.Treat it in accordance with the direction of your veterinarian.
