1. samu GENTAMICIN-15 injection, a therapeutic agent prescribed with Gentamicin belongs to the group of aminoglycosides, has broad spectrum bactericidal actions. Therefore, the preparation can be administered preferentially before the results of bacteriological inspection becomes clear. It shows high sensitivity to both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, specially Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Protens mirabilis, coli bacillus and staphylococcosis. 2. It shows marvelous bactericidal process at even a low concentration in blood. Therefore, it has high sensitivity to bacteria so that MIC is low. 3. It has powerful penetrating force to tissue. Maximum blood concentration occurs at approximately 1 hour after administration. Furthermore, it is absorbed rapidly and indiscriminately into digestive organs, respiratory organs, marrow and other internal organs and maintains MIC. 4. It does not have a cross resistance. It has high sensitivity to bacteria and more powerful bactericidal effect than other antibiotics, so there is no time for bacteria to have a leeway of building up cross resistance. 5. It has no side effect and can be used safely. It is very safe medicine which has never been reported so far to cause growth obstruction, local reaction and hypersensitiveness.
