1. As an antibiotic complex, antibacterial spectrum is very broad. It is prominently effective against both general disease and local disease caused by Gram-positive, Gram-negative bacteria, Spirochete, etc.. 2. Ampicillin is a semi-synthetic Penicillin with a bactericidal action against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and inhibits the multiplication of bacteria. Ampicillin acts on the cell wall of bacteria in body and kills the bacteria by means of inhibiting synthesis of cell wall. 3. Colistin, a narrow spectrum antibiotics, has specific bactericidal actions against some Gram-negative bacteria such as E.coli, Salmonella, Hemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pasteurella, etc.. Specially, Colistin is prominent effective against intestinal disease result from Gram-negative bacteria. 4. Having a prominent osmotic force to tissue, COLIAMCIN injection shows speedy effect. 5. Combination with both Ampicillin and Colistin has more effective activity by synergism.

In cattle and swine : For treatment of infectious pneumonia, bacterial diarrhea, endometritis, mastitis and various enteritis
|

Dosage and Use |
|
|
|
Inject 1mL per 10kg of body weight intramuscularly or subcutaneously. In the light case, once a day and in the serious case, twice a day.

Precaution(s) and others |
|
|
|
1.Withdrawal period : cattle - 28 days, swine - 21 days, Milk - 3 days. 2.Treat it in accordance with the direction of your veterinarian.
